Classics on Headphones is a format designed for outdoor spaces.
Using wireless headphone technology, spectators can follow the sound score of the performance while moving freely, with minimal staging impact.
CORIOLANO
A performance adapted from Shakespeare’s Coriolanus, realized through the use of wireless headphones. The drama portrays the military and political journey of Caius Marcius, urged by his mother to run for the position of Consul.

ANTONIO E CLEOPATRA
A site-specific staging of Shakespeare’s renowned work. This adaptation, performed by four actors, focuses on the relationship between the two lovers, tracing the sequence of scenes within the play.

I PERSIANI
An adaptation of Aeschylus’ The Persians, realized with the use of wireless headphones. The chorus of the Persian people awaits the return of King Xerxes and his men from their war against the Greeks. The performance addresses themes of war, emphasizing how the flawed logic of superiority and the failure to value the Other remain relevant today. The values of pity and mercy central to Aeschylus’ text are reinterpreted with a contemporary perspective.

Spettacolo riadattato da Le Supplici di Eschilo e realizzato tramite l’utilizzo di radio cuffie. La tragedia racconta l’arrivo delle Danaidi, in fuga dalla violenza dei cugini egiziani, sulle
sponde di Argo. Alla terra greca le donne, supplici, chiederanno inviolabile
asilo. Un'opera antica che interroga sul tema dei migranti di ieri e di oggi.
