Story of a tailor and his soul

The story is inspired by the tale The Lost Soul by Olga Tokarczuk, winner of the Nobel Prize for Literature in 2018.
The show, through the metaphor of tailoring, brings to the stage the story of a tailor who, for the first part of his life (from childhood to youth), walks with his soul-vocation beside him. The compromises of adulthood lead him to lose and forget it, until the emergence of distant memories pushes him to search for it, to find himself and his own "integrity."
The relationship between sketch and dress is used to articulate the distance that exists between "imagined" and "created," reasoning dramaturgically and scenically on the theme of accepting failure and error as part of the process of constructing a garment or oneself.
The stage environment works on duality: horizontal-vertical, weight-counterweight, lightness-heaviness. In a wholly interior time, objects and characters seem to float, lost in the search for their counterpart.
